    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The main house and casita with 2 bedrooms and two baths was perfect for our group of 10 adults and a toddler. The interior of the place was wonderfully decorated and gives a nice homey vibe. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, every bedroom had its own bathroom and we used the main fireplace on two nights. Instructions and hints about how use things were clear and helpful. The check-in and out procedures were clear and easy to follow (and were not onerous). Our dealings with Premier Properties were prompt, courteous and helpful. The property caretaker was friendly, polite and very attentive when we had a small problem which she came and fixed promptly. The location is great with easy access to the ski areas, Taos, restaurants, groceries, and shopping. It helped make our stay wonderfully pleasant. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

    From one sibling: For me the location and remote surroundings between Taos and the mtn was perfect. A close second was the private casista with its own bathroom was ideal.

    Another sibling: All good. And the kitchen was well equipped.

    We came for Christmas with a family group. We all had a wonderful time enjoying the sunsets and isolated beauty of the home and its location. The location was very convenient in between the ski resort and Taos which was about 15 minutes to both. The home was well equipped for everything we needed, and the bedrooms were arranged in a way to give lots of privacy to everyone. The fireplace in the living room did not vent very well, we would have liked to use more but not at all a big deal.

    Lovely property. Our group of 10 enjoyed our stay! The courtyard area is amazing. We would do it all over again!
    One issue to be aware of - the wifi is spotty at best and sometimes connecting is no possible.

    Our group consisted of 7 adults and a baby. The layout of the property was great: each room had its own bathroom and was private. It was stocked well with towels, shampoo and conditioner. We did buy a kitchen sponge and more paper towels.
    We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening while we watched the little tree bloom right before our eyes. It is about :15 minute drive into the town of Taos. If you are looking for privacy, it is great. A little inconvenient if you want to spend time in Taos. The hot tub was heated and used every night. Management responded quickly when we had a question about the tv not connecting. They were unable to help us but we found a connection unplugged which solved our problem. The kitchen sink drained very slowly and the disposal did not work at all. An enzyme drain cleaner (septic safe) could be very helpful. Also two toilets (the one in the red guest half bathroom and the one in the bedroom next to the laundry room) may have leaking issues. They ran continuously. Our 84 year old birthday girl did not sleep at all the first night due to that issue. We closed the water valve at nighttime as a solution. We cooked at home most nights. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses and coffee cups. We really enjoyed eating outside at La Cueva Cafe for dinner one night and our breakfast at Michael’s Kitchen. We would recommend this property.

    This place was perfect for our ski group. Kitchen was well stocked, beautiful location, close to Taos Ski Valley and the hot tub was wonderful after the ski day. I would definitely stay here again.

    We had an amazing time staying at the Casa de Little Tree. Our group came to Taos for a ski trip and the house was very conveniently located and the house was well equipped with everything we needed! We would definitely recommend this place to stay and come back again.

    Casa de Little Trees was the perfect vacation rental for our group of 4 couples and one single for our ski trip to Taos. It is beautiful and comfortable. Each room has a bathroom which was so practical. The house is located between the town and the ski slope, and close to our favorite restaurant, Aceq in Arroyo Seco. I highly recommend this property.

    This housing was very well set up. Came with plenty of instructions on proper use and what to expect. The property managers were easy to communicate with and easy to work with as well. Our group had some hiccups during the booking phase, but the management was very accommodating and understanding and willing to work with us.

    The property itself was very clean and well kept. WiFi was not great but understandable due to remote location. Some issues with toilets leaking(stopper would not fully close) but was able to fix by turning off toilet water completely.

    Location set up was amazing. Our group booked to ski in Taos and was not disappointed. Close to Taos, rio grande and town. Would recommend to book again

    Our family has 4 twenty-thirty somethings, plus a daughter-in-law and two year old twin grandchildren. We all get together once per year. It is important to me to provide them with a nice bedroom since they are all taking time off of work. This house was PERFECT! Not only did they all have a large bedroom, they also had their own bathroom. We enjoyed the large dining room table to have meals and play games. The courtyard was wonderful--the twins rode their strider bikes along the paths. The hot tub was so relaxing.

    I wasn't sure about staying outside of Taos, but that turned out to be a benefit. We had gorgeous views and we enjoyed the closer town of Arroyo Seco which had cute stores and an organic market and coffee shop, and of course Taos Cow ice cream. Taos was close enough for one nite of fine dining.

    The kiva fireplace in the living room was perfect as the evening weather was colder in October. The firewood was supplied and nice and dry so it was easy to light a fire.

    The only thing I would improve is the mattresses. Some of the children thought they were a little hard and all of them were doubles, so the couples weren't used to that. The bedding was high quality.

    If you have a large group, you won't be sorry if you stay at Casa de Little Tree.

    We found the Casa very clean, fully supplied, with beautiful location with views of the Mts. It was a bit tricky following GPS for initial arrival. Mine wanted to direct me to a computer store nearby. Wi-fi and cell phone connections were spotty. So keeping in touch with "home" was a little frustration. But if keeping in touch is not important this was a great base home from which to explore the area.

    We enjoyed our stay at Casa de Little Tree. There was plenty of room for our 8 adults and 3 teens. It's 15-20 minute drive into downtown Taos and about 20-30 minute drive to Taos Ski Resort. We spent equal time between town and the Ski Resort so the house location worked well for us. But there's nothing close by. As one would expect in a remote area, the internet service was spotty. No A/C but the pleasant temps outside kept the house comfortable. The house is well stocked with fans, appliances, and misc supplies. We enjoyed our stay.

    This was one of my favorite house rentals because it was so unique. 11 friends from Denver stayed for a long weekend and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom! Most even had their own fireplace and private entrance as well. The courtyard in the middle was awesome including the hot tub with amazing mountain views. The kitchen and dining room were big enough for all of us to eat together which was another plus. Thank you!

    The Taos compound was absolutely wonderful. We each had a comfy, queen-sized bed all to ourselves. The house was clean, well-situated, and close to the mountain. I would highly recommend staying in this comfy cabin.

    This house is so beautiful and was an amazing place to stay! Plenty of room for you and friends with a courtyard with an amazing view. Premiere Properties needs to update their directions however because it said the house would be off of a dirt road on the left and it was actually on the right. The house numbers posted at the front of the road you need to turn on also don't correspond to the numbers on the house. So just some updates on the directions is my only complaint but overall an amazing experience!

    Casa de Little Tree 5 was perfect for 5 couples! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need and the dining room sat 10 people. The chimney/fireplace in the main living area left the room smokey, so we used the fireplace in the other sitting room. We would definitely stay here again!

    The 10 of us enjoyed our stay here. The directions to get here were a little sketchy. However, the first group to arrive had no problem, so maybe it was just us. Remember: you can see the house from the road. And ask the caretaker for the house number. This is a beautiful place. We did however, experience some cobwebs and spiders in the building behind the main house. Also, the refrigerator maker was jammed. I would suggest to the owners to spruce up the bathroom towels by investing in new ones. This place is in a beautiful location. We were thankful to find it, as so many places can't accommodate such a large number of people.

    Awesome property that I would recommend to others and definitely stay at again and again! It was the perfect accommodations for our family. We traveled with our sister in law and brother in law and their son. The Casita was a perfect place for their family. It gave them privacy but could join our family of 5 when they wanted to and at meal times! There was also another private bedroom and bath, perfect for our 18 year old son!

    The house was very clean and well maintained, the decor was off the charts fabulous and they thought of every accommodation you could possible think of that you would want or need. Even down to a portable fan, extra pillows, towels, etc.
    Dave and Casey were very accommodating to our every need and super helpful during our stay, providing recommendations on restaurants, things to do etc.

    We were in the perfect location right in the middle of the ski valley and the town so that we could go to restaurants at night after skiing during the day and shopping during the day for those that didn’t ski!

    Beautiful home, great location and wonderful views. Plenty of room for five couples. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay.     We had a great stay at this former B & B. It had lots of space for 10 adults to spread out, relax and enjoy each other. We could get away from the crowd, if needed, and there were lots of places to gather and enjoy each other. Our only suggestion is that hair dryers would have been nice in the bathrooms.

    We rented this house for a week in August. We were there for work in the Taos area for the week. It was very convenient to everything and great for kids. Although, there were a handful of items that were fragile for the kids, but we just took care of that right off the bat ;-) Nonetheless, a great place to spend the week. Only complaint is the cell service is basically nill out there. We were therefore reliant on wifi to connect to the outside world. Unfortunately, the wifi was not very good and would not take several people on it at a time.

    The house is great for a big family or group of friends. It's beautiful and well-outfitted, and the garden is a delight, full of bees and birds, with stunning views. It's a little far from town, though--about 15 minutes' drive from the plaza--but convenient to the ski valley.

    We had 6 guys looking to celebrate one of us getting married. The property provided exactly what we needed. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom, we had a hot tub to soak in after days on the mountain, and a beautiful kitchen to prepare some big fat steak dinners in. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the amenities.
