These two casitas are perfectly located a very short walk to the plaza. Both are authentic New Mexico style architecture and decor. The kitchens aren't very big, so I wouldn't plan to cook a feast here, but you can walk to a ton of great restaurants like we did. Both up and down units have nice living spaces for hanging out. This is a great place if you want to have nearby units but with enough separation and privacy. It's not a good place if you are expecting to have three smaller kids each get a room; they have separate exterior doors as the listing mentions. It worked for us and our older teens, and would also be fantastic for two small families who want to be near each other. We loved being able to walk to La Cueva and tons of other restaurants, all the shops (Chokola for amazing chocolate!), and my wife and I got margaritas at Azteca just around the corner one evening. Note that there are two on-street public parking spots right in front of the unit; we never had trouble getting them, but there's a chance they could be taken. The owner provides parking passes for the nearby church, so in the worst case you may have to walk from the North end of the block. We stayed parked most of the time and walked around the plaza, so it wasn't a big deal for us.
