    Great location, off-the highway and minutes from skiing. We had an issue when we arrived, that was immediately resolved by the caretaker. Kudos to them for a phenomenal response. The house was generally clean and in good order; however, it could definitely use a deep clean.

    My husband and I stayed here with our dog for a few days. We loved the beautiful rugs, and the couch and bed were both comfortable. The lighting needs a ittle work, but there's a full-sized bathroom and the appliances are all full-sized too, including the washer and dryer. The mudroom was the perfect place to put our dog's bed. The neighborhood is great- very safe, and everyone we met was friendly. And Kristi was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. This is a great deal for the price. We had everything we needed.

    Enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing I would suggest to make it better was to improve the wifi reception. It was very spotty most of the time. Maybe a router closer to the residence?

    We really enjoyed this property. The pool was exceptional. Getting in the hot tub was something we looked forward to after our hikes. A couple of mornings we played tennis which was conveniently located within the community. The garage made it very convenient for getting ready for our outings. I do think an extra fan or a ceiling fan would be my recommendation. We had a couple of warm nights at the end of June. Not sure if this was unusual for the end of June for most evenings we experienced a nice, cool breeze. For the most part we love this getaway for it was a nice, romantic get away that I would repeat.

    Perfect place for wife and I. Had everything we needed - garage for car, kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy bed, etc. everything was clean, hot tub was awesome after skiing all day. Good location 1/2 way between Taos town and ski area. Great value.

    This cabin is very close to Taos Ski Valley (13 min drive) and the private hot tub is nice. The bed is a fold down that doubles as living room space. This is a guest house attached to the garage. The Wi-Fi and cell service is spotty. It had everything we needed to have a successful ski trip.

    Everything we could ask for was readily available in Casita Bella. The setting was stunning. The unit was ample for 2 adults and 2 dogs. Every convenience and necessity were provided. We were ready to move to the area and part of the enthusiasm was based on the comfort of our lodging.

    This property was perfect for a couple. We had all the amenities we could ask for, including full kitchen, washer and dryer, grill and hot tub! The queen sized murphey bed was comfortable enough, and the room was large enough for us to not be bothered with putting it away. We easily could walk around it. We were there to ski Taos Ski Valley and only had a 15-20 commute each day. It was wonderful.

    We’ve been coming to Taos since 1993, usually stayed at one of the Inn’s or motels, but this year decided to look at renting a house.
    Premier Properties could not have been easier to work with, communication was prompt and on point, website was very easy to navigate with all of the needed information to select a location and house.
    House was absolutely as described, sparkling clean and About half of the cost of staying at one of the Inn’s. Guarantee I will stay with them again, Taos is like our home away from home for over 30 years and I can’t believe that I didn’t find Premier Properties sooner.

    We had a fantastic stay and it was charming,comfortable and safe.Had lots of variety of delightful trees and a stream that really added to the overall character of the the golden hour we sat on the patio and listened to all the peaceful sounds of the stream,birds and peaceful quiet as our small dog sunned itself.Our stay was for 12days and we felt very happy there.The property had a delightful energy and a warm and inviting feeling all around.Had a place to park without any fuss and it has well rounded in its offerings as well as close to everything hikeable in the area.Nothing felt too far as far as museums and eatery’s.We had a party of 3 including my son and I felt it a good number here.Had all the basics to make a breakfast if you decide to bring a few groceries and the stovetop and grill work well for the day we used it.Hot tub was a huge plus for hiking days.We would definitely stay here again.Thank you for the beautiful stay!

    Love the little one room adobe residence. Everything was clean and nice, except a little dusty in spots. Perfect size for just us. Loved having the dogs with us! Hot tub outside was HOT and perfect in the snow!! Great location! Tennis / inside pool clubhouse was closed. :/

    This is an older property with updated amenities including a washer/dryer and high speed internet. We enjoyed sitting outdoors and used the hot tob several times. Arroyo Seco is a scenic area and highly recommend this place for your next visit to Taos.

    You never know exactly what you will get when renting a vacation home but the casita was just what I had been looking for. It is in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by trees. The area is between the mountains and Taos so the views are beautiful. The house was very clean. The decor was just what you would want in NM. Amenities were great for cooking in. Very comfortable.

    My stay at Casita Bella Was very nice. I made the mistake of having my dates messed up and had to scramble out on the last day (thought I had one more night) Fortunately the casita was clean, sheets and towels washed and in the dryer to help the care taker get it ready in time for 3:00 pm guests. I typically try to leave it as clean as it is when I get there anyway.

    We loved the cosiness of the place and the fact that it's close to the taos ski valley. We tried both the clubhouse pool and the hot tub and loved it. Our son loved the pool especially.The place was clean and as described - small kitchen and even a small dining table was a big plus.

    Great location for skiiers, halfway between Taos Ski Valley and the town,make getting to the mountain early SUPER easy, and the drive back after a long day on the slopes is much shorter!! It has a private hot tub and nice little kitchen area. It is small, but we don't need that much space, so it was perfect for us. We are coming back in March!

    Casita Bella was just as advertised. It was just the right size for my husband and I. It was clean and the murphy bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The location was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this casita to anyone wanting privacy with great amenities.

    Awesome property that needs some TLC. Dead mouse in casita. Smelly casita. Dishes had film residue, so needed washing before use. Dishwasher is culprit and needs replaced. Live mouse running in bedroom off kitchen, and many spiders. Awesome property that needs a very deep clean in my opinion. Space was lovely for our family group.

    Traveling alone, Casita Bella was perfect for my needs. Beautiful location on a creek and lovely furnishings, it provided an extremely comfortable Murphy bed! Even in mid-July, it remained quite cool inside and I loved having the windows open. Hannah, the caretaker, was very helpful, and attentive to my needs.     My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy and relaxing cabin. The babbling brook, the hot tub, the location, the rustic New Mexico was exactly what we were looking for. The caretaker was very responsive and helpful. My husband suffers from back pain, so I wished the bed was a little more comfortable, but not too bad seeing as how it was a Murphy bed. We have already recommended this place to our friends!

    This was a wonderful Casita for two. Plenty room.
    The hot tub was great. Only thing I would suggest is a snow shovel as we had 10" of snow while there and it was hard getting to the hot tub. It was also great having a garage for your car. Location was great and a beautiful area.

A Quick call to the Caretaker would have made sure that a shovel would be found in the garage, or she would have made it up to rescue with a snow shovel as soon as she could get to Walmart and up to Casita Bells.     My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Casita Bella Casita. It was in a quiet, nice residential area located just north of Taos in Arroyo Seco. The size of the Casita was comfortable for two people with the murphy bed. The kitchen included everything we needed to cook a few small meals during our stay. We made use of both the hot tub located on the deck and the pool at the club house. Both were clean and well kept.

    The casita was clean but I felt that it was beginning to show some wear and there are a few repairs that could be made for this to continue to be a nice rental.

    While staying at the casita we visited Taos restaurants and shops, food at the Gorge Bar and Grill was good. We also visited the Taos Ski Valley, rode the chair lift and had lunch at the Bavarian Lodge. The chair lift ride had spectacular views and the lodge was very authentic and cozy.

    The Wild Rivers Recreational area in Questa and the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge are also must sees.

    Overall, we thought this was a nice rental in a good location to visit the sights of Taos.

    My husband and I were very impressed with the Casita Bella! This is a gorgeous place with the right amount of privacy. The secluded hot tub and decking over the stream was idylic and we very much enjoyed the extra features this cabin presented. The area was quiet and it was a nice location. We were looking for a place to rest and relax and we found it here! The Casita was adorable and very well equipped. Our experience was great and we can recommend the Sabrosa Restaurant to any who visit. It was a suprise! Great food, excellecnt atmosphere and outside dining! Stay here ~ you will enjoy!

    I appreciated the stay. They bumped me up to the main house due to construction work being done on the guest one which we originally selected. The main house was nice, but the construction work outside seemed to stir up pests (one mouse and lots of rolly-pollies) which made their way into the house. The responsiveness of the staff was good, however. They are all nice people. I enjoyed the back porch and the hot tub. The living area was very nice as well. I really liked the close proximity to the mountains and the road to Taos Ski Valley, which has great hiking available.

    Bad weather chased us out of Colorado into New Mexico. We were able to rent Casita Bella on short notice. The casita is a garage apartment with a Murphy bed, one bathroom and a laundry room. It is located halfway between Taos and Taos Ski Valley. We did a lot of hiking in the area and spent at Angel Fire and Taos Pueblo. The Casita is perfect for a couple with no kids. I would definitely rent from the property managers again.

    We were looking for a quiet spot near the slopes but away from the crowd and not too far from the lifts and this Los Altos casita with a Murphy bed, full kitchen and private hot tub filled the bill. 10 mile drive up the mountain to the ski area, put boots on in car, then parking/shuttle and then walk with stairs to lift. Lockers and ski storage at base not up to par, but remodeling underway.

    Casa Bella Casita is wonderful. The furnishings are nice and comfortable. The space is reasonably large for only being a studio. Could easily fit a family of 4 without feeling too crowded. The location is very central to all there is to do and see in the area. Very peaceful, private, and friendly location. The hot tub is a bonus and was very clean. Kitchen is well equipped, and has a washer and dryer!!!! Unfortunately, club house was closed due to maintenance, so can not speak for it, but it looked very nice. All in all, Casa Bella Casita offers everything other rentals have at a much more affordable price. Definitely will stay again!

    This is a darling little sweet spot. A steam babbles under the shade of trees that surround the casita. There is a hot tub and outdoor grill with a little table under the elderberry tree and a hawks nest in the tree next to it. Washer and dryer and all the kitchen amenities. Murphy bed folds about of the way when not in use. The caretaker was very helpful and responded immediately to any of our questions. Paulette, the owner was sweet as could be. Would defiantly stay here again.

    From the well-maintained yard I could see the beautiful Sangre de Cristos as the green-blue-black feathered magpies strutted under the aspens.
    The property was top of the line, set in a quiet neighborhood, still within an easy walk to the delightful village of Arroyo Seco, or an extended walk along the Valdez valley rim. I came to cycle, and I was easily on the road to the Taos mountain or the Rio Grande gorge at the end of the entrance driveway. The hot tub on a brisk morning was magic for sore muscles. The manager, caretaker and maintenance engineer were more than efficient, they were friendly. Go there. I will again.

    This is a great little place close to Taos Ski Valley. We had our 2 kids with us and they slept well on the couch. The place was well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed. Management answered our few questions very promptly; they were kind and helpful.

    Upon arrival, the place was larger than expected and very well maintained. The privacy was great as the garage separates the main house from the guest house. There is a stream the runs along the back of the property, leaving the windows open provides a nice sounds. The deck and the grill are very nice for relaxing. Property is about a 10-15min drive into Taos. Great proximity to mountain biking and hiking.

    Great location between Taos and the ski area. It rained while we were there, so the stream behind the house was flowing. Very nice. The hot tub was ready when we arrived. It's private and highly enjoyable.
    The only thing I'd watch out for is the bathroom. It doesn't get any heat and the water may run out mid-shower if you use too much.

    The room is great! Everything you need is available and ready for use. The setting is quiet and private. Parking in the garage was very convenient. The hot tub is set next to a stream which is relaxing to say the least. The gas stove can be set to a perfect temperature to ensure comfort. The furniture is very comfortable, clean and you do not feel crowded at all. The bed was very comfortable as well. The kitchen had it all! Preparing a meal was very easy and using the clean gas grill added to the experience. The washer and dryer in the entryway allows you to conveniently take care of your laundry with out being inconvenienced. No reason to pay more money for a hotel where you must share the amenities and nothing is private. The neighborhood is very quiet and the road makes for a nice after dinner walk with great homes and scenery to look at. The town is very close, has what you may have forgotten and the people were very friendly. This was a perfect weekend!! Gary was very helpful in making my arrangements and assisting me when I had to delay my stay. And Carrie, the caretaker, was awesome in making sure I was informed and welcome. I will be back to enjoy the experience again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

    Wonderful little house! We were 2 adults and 2 children (15 and 9) and were very comfortable (kids made beds on the couch). The pool at the club house was wonderful, as well as our personal hot tub. Very clean and charming. I will request this home on our next trip to Taos.

    Nice casita in quiet location. Well appointed. Plenty of linens and kitchen appliances and tools. Close to hamlet of Arroyo Seco; very easy access to Taos. Property manager Gary was very helpful. The wifi signal was a bit weak, but would definitely return to this sweet bungalow.

    We loved staying at Casa and Casita Bella with our 3 generation family of thirteen members, and in fact this is a return visit (first time was in 2011). Upon our return this time, we discovered that the house is even more beautiful with decorative improvements and upgrades to king-sized beds in all the bedrooms of the main house, a big screen TV and the newly added covered deck is FANTASTIC!     Casita Bella exceeded expectations. It is very good looking, decorated with interesting things and everything harmonized. What a pleasure not to have to ignore your room. It would have been good to have a meal and sit out on the deck listening to the stream but we got up at dawn to climb Mt Wheeler and weren't full of energy afterwards. When I lost the keys temporarily Nancy came and let us in. She couldn't have been nicer. A great find.

    I cannot say enough about this casita. The location is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet. I stayed there seven nights and I did not want to leave but had to come back to reality.     We absolutely loved our stay in Casita Bella! The adobe home was perfect for our need to get away and just relax. It was so quiet and the weather beautiful. We spent several nights outside looking at the beautiful dark sky full of stars and actually saw the milkyway! There was plenty of wildlife to see and returning each afternoon from our day either in Taos or the mountains was perfect. We even began to refer to the place as "home". There was plenty of supplies, the entire home was so clean that there wasn't much to do but move in and enjoy! Thank you so much for providing a beautiful and inviting place to spend our vacation week!

    Our hiking club was mostly staying at the Quality Inn in Taos, and for the same price we found this gem! After a tough hike to Wheeler Peak summit we were back to our Casita and in the hot tub for a relaxing soak by the time our friends got back to town.

    We were initially a bit concerned about a Murphy bed, but it was plenty comfortable and we loved the big L shaped couch. The aspens all around the stream made a great setting for an afternoon book read.

    Only possible downside was the drive into town or back after dinner with friends. Would definitely stay here again or try for the main house to share with family.

    I cannot say enough about this casita. My husband and I stayed 4 nights here on our honeymoon and it was the most relaxing thing we could have chosen to do. We loved the area, the casita was small but not too small. Perfect. The stream was beautiful. We drove into Taos a time or two because it was so close by but still not too close. Mostly we enjoyed the quite. Have already recommended it to friends and we are checking our calendars to see when we can make it back. Love the area and LOVED CASITA BELLA!

    This casita was located in a lovely neighborhood with gorgeous views of the Taos Mountains. This was a perfect place for 2 people. It was a great location for access to the trails of the mountains. After a strenuous hike to Wheeler Peak tramping through snow, the HOT TUB felt fabulous!
