    The casita was perfect! It was extremely clean, everything worked and the 2 caretakers, Terra and Danial were beyond great! Their response was instant and the problem(mostly ?'s) were replied to instantly. I so appreciated their kindness on Thanksgiving when they brought over a full meal even dessert! It was so thoughtful and unexpected! If Terra and Danial are watching over you, believe me you have no problems.

    We had a great stay at Casa Luminosa Casita. The property was very clean and the views were beautiful. It is a perfect drive from the ski mountain--20 minutes. The town of Arroyo Seco is all you need, too! Our three nights here were lovely.

    This casita was awesome! Felt bigger than it is, especially with the rooftop deck! Great location between Taos Ski Valley and Plaza, Arroyo Seco, or head to Gorge or Ojo! The place was spotless and stocked with all the necessities. We will definitely stay here again. Our caretaker was available for questions concerning WiFi and we felt very safe here. You’ll love the 360 views of mountains!

    This is our second time staying here. We loved it and will definitely use premier properties again. The only complaint we have is the WiFi is practically non existent. But who needs internet when you’re surrounded by this beauty!

    Our experience with our rental was great! The only negative thing I can say is the bed was horrible! It was suppose to be a king sized bed but they put two twin beds together. When I would roll over to hug my husband or vice versa u had a board in the middle of ur back. Very very uncomfortable! I think the owner should invest in a normal King sized bed. Other then that the house was perfect! We def will use your company again for our next visit to Taos!! Thank u!!!

    Good clean comfortable place in a nice neighborhood and mountain setting. Has everything we needed in the kitchen. Good for 2 people which is what we had. The little community's pool was being worked on but we didn't really miss it. Loved sitting on the roof deck.

    We loved the little casita! It was perfect for our needs. We had breakfast several times up on the roof deck, and watched the sunset from there as well. TV was a little hard to figure out, would be nice if simpler, and my husband is a techie. Bed was comfortable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

    This was the perfect place to stay for our little family of 4. My husband, 2 kids (ages 5 & 7), and I stayed four nights here in June and absolutely loved it. It was very clean and roomy. There is no air conditioning(which seemed common for the area) but there was no need for one even in June! I priced local hotels and this was actually more affordable and much nicer. The balcony on the roof gave a great view to the mountains and all of the little prairie dogs running around. It also has a full size refrigerator, stove, table with four chairs, and satellite tv. I would definitely stay here again!

    Very nice studio, touch of country with mountain views. Care taker George was excellent. Only issue was bathroom sink drain, had issues. Everything else was above expectaions. Rate the location and dwelling a 9

    I highly recommend this tranquil place to stay in Arroyo Seco, just minutes away from the bustling town of Taos, New Mexico. The rooftop balcony gives you a view that is priceless (stand in the center and turn 360 degrees to fully appreciate it). The quiet and secluded neighborhood, off the beaten path, was an unexpected delight. It was clean and well-maintained. Perfect for a couple or one person. We stayed during the last four days of May. We received exceptionally good service from the person helping me on the phone and from the caretaker. We can't wait to rent it again as our home-base while we explore more of New Mexico.

    We had a lovely first visit to the Taos area - after 3 days in Santa Fe, our stay here was a perfect balance of quiet, sunsets and mountain views. We happened upon the DH Lawrence ranch which just happened to be open the day we did the Enchanted Circle drive. The casita was just perfect for our desire to be out of town yet close to Taos and Arroyo Seco was a very pleasant surprise. We loved our prairie dog neighbors!

    We used the Casa Luminosa Cabin as a home base to hike and see the sights within a four hour radius. It was perfect. We were pleased, down to the prairie dogs that greeted us each morning. Clean, quiet, peaceful is all that we could ask.

    We were in a studio apt with an attached garage. The property owners let us use the garage which was wonderful. We sat on the roof every night and looked at the stars. Very quiet and yet convenient.

    This was a wonderful place for lots of people. There were 15 of us and we all had a bed! The kitchen was extremely well supplied. Besides lots of dishes, pots, pans, etc there was also many spices and staples. Swimming Pool & Tennis Courts a plus! House is beautiful and well cared for.

    Casita Luminosa was a perfect base for a week long exploration of the Taos area: laundry, full kitchen and lots of living space. The rooftop patio was a brilliant bonus. The "king" bed was comfortable on each side but the middle ridge was quite noticeable. Overall an excellant location, in good condition, for an exceptional rate.

    As soon as I opened the door I knew I was going to have a good time. The place was in excellent condition, very clean and it had everything that I needed to enjoy my stay. I will for sure stay there next year when I go back to Taos.

    The location is wonderful. The house is small,but enough for a couple.Everywhere is extremely clean. We can find everything we need there. Especially thanks for many wonderful details: the ice and drinking water prepared ahead in the refrigerator, the music, the open windows for better air . I like the beautiful scenery around the house. We had a very good time there. Also it's very near from the beautiful Carson national forest. All in all, we like to give our thanks from the bottom of heart to this company!

    We would highly recommend Casita Luminosa. It is a beautiful Casita with a wonderful rooftop deck. It was in move in condition and had everything that we needed for our stay. Other than a quick stop at the grocery store to pick up some groceries, there was nothing that we needed. The Casita is located 8 quick miles from Taos. Casita Luminosa has it all - privacy, beauty, comfort, and close proximity to Taos and the Taos Mountain Ski Resort.
