We loved the location of the home. The amount of hikes and day trips an hour to two hour from the home that we were able to accomplish was staggering. The views are incredible and within 5 minutes you can escape the heat by getting into the mountains. The neighborhood Is also incredible. By the time we left, we knew many of the neighbors and looked forward to our evening walks. The upstairs balcony is also incredible for both morning coffee and evening stargazing. My wife and I spent a lot of time up there. The house itself fit our needs great. The dishwasher, sink, and microwave were all dated and they needed work at various times. The wifi was spotty at best. While there we did trim the bushes and actually bought a couple of potted plants to elevate the street view. As mentioned, the yard was not mowed the entire time there. We also had some mice which we were able to get rid of via mouse traps. Finally, we did have a couple of issues with the hot tub as it was not being cleaned regularly. We finally said something and it was immediately resolved. In closing, no house is perfect, but both Dave and Nancy were responsive. We actually would have stayed longer had Covid not wrecked things for us. My hope is that we can come back and stay at one of your properties again.
