    We had a lovely stay at this property. It is well maintained and has a huge gated yard with great mountain views, a fire pit and outdoor dining area, hot tub and sauna. The home is clean and nicely appointed. Near the Arroyo Seco town area. Highly recommend! There are steps up into 2 of the bedrooms that are in an older section of the home and may be a consideration for some guests.

    We had a great time at Dreamcatcher.
    The location is fantastic and the layout of the property is great. We have stayed all over Taos and it is hard to beat the location of Dreamcatcher. It easily accommodated our family of 5 and two grandparents. The property does need some maintenance. The back sliding doors are very difficult to open and one is missing a handle. More importantly the twin bed and bunk beds have mattresses that are nearly impossible to sleep on. They are very dated and I would not stay here again unless they are replaced. There is no access to the garage, which was not disclosed.

    I leased this beautiful large and comfortable home call Dreamcatcher number 36. My two daughters and my grandson from Colorado were coming to visit me. It was a wonderful stay. Nancy the property manager went above and beyond to accommodate Our every request. It was a wonderful stay as I said before and I will keep you on my list to come back and visit it was beautiful!

    Relaxing stay-property clean-manager helpful-hot tub great-location very good-it would look nicer if some attention were given to the landscaping-living room furniture should probably be replaced due to extended use-overall we would recommend this property-good setup for families

    Excellent location and a great neighborhood. The house is warm and very clean with a great view. We were there for a month, so we got to know this property pretty well. Nancy, the property manager was amazing, always available and very nice. She had to get the oven and hot tub repaired, and she really came through. The good: Location, warm, beautiful house, comfortable beds. The bad: livingroom furniture (dead mouse in the sofa), fridge (loud, freezes everything in the crisper), stove and hot tub (both were unusable for a week), guest toilet (rocks back and forth) BBQ grill (missing a leg): all of these need to be replaced. Terrible lighting, dull kitchen knives (unsharpenable) no hair dryer, no instructions for the TV and it's 3 remotes (very confusing, never really figured it out). Sliding doors need adjustment, and there were holes in the bottom of the screens. Biting ants were coming in the cracks in the built in seating in the living room. Also, the outdoor space is poorly considered, and in such a beautiful place, it is a shame. If this house was treated more like a home, it would be the perfect getaway.

    Clean, gorgeous views, great location. Very nice. The hottub was in great shape -- very clean and the whole place well cared for. Property manager very responsive. Had fun at the community pool, 15 min drive to ski area. If I had to complain about something -- and it's a stretch to find something that wasn't A+, it would be that the internet was a little slow.

    Overall the home was great. There was one issue, but not a huge deal. We had 7 in our group. I wanted a 3 bath or at least a 2.5 bath. When talking to the broker, Gary, over the phone, I brought up the bathrooms 2 times. Both times Gary assured me that the home was a 2.5 bath. The house is not a 2.5 bath. It is a 2 bath. So be aware of this before renting. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Great hot tub, kitchen and fireplace. Nice club house too. The home sits right between the ski valley and the town of Taos. Both are about a 15 minute drive from the home. Very convenient. I would definitely recommend this house. Just be aware it is a 2 bath.

    So much needs to be updated. The bedfing, the pillows, the availability of items in the kitchen, some of the upholstered furniture (lazy boy chair is stained; MIL put towels down first before sitting in it). One of the chairs is broken and dangerous to sit in.
    Pros are still that the hot tub is new (or seems so), and the home itself is cozy with a great layout. We will be back, but would REALLY like to see some changes, especially to the mattresses/bedding/pillows in the non-bunk rooms.

    My family and I loved the house. It's in a great location, very easy drive to the ski valley. My kids loved using the clubhouse pool. And the heated floors were great! My only complaint is the beds. None of us slept well because the mattresses are so uncomfortable. Hopefully they can update them soon. It really is a charming home.

    Dreamcatcher was a great vacation house! It was clean and well furnished. There was 8 beds total not including the pull out queen sofa bed. The hot tub was in great shape. The neighborhood was 15 min from the slopes. I would stay here again without any hesitations. Nancy, the caretaker, was great!!
