    Plenty of space for us to relax, play games, watch movies, etc. Nice hot tub. Beautiful views and sunsets. Easy drive to Taos. Would stay here again.

    Excellent location - a few minutes from Arroyo Seco and 20 minutes to the ski area. The house was perfect for a group of 8. We appreciated the how well stocked the kitchen was with silverware and cooking utensils and a professional Wolf oven. The house is quiet and great for star gazing. The hot tub and grill were well maintained.

    Communication with the host was professional, prompt, and friendly.

    A few tips:
    You absolutely MUST have a dinner at ACEQ - book a reservation if you have a big group.

    The Sol organic market in Aseq has a nice selection of meat and organic vegetables if you plan on making your own meals.

    Our favorite runs were the right side of Main Street and the Hunziker Bowl. The bowl is protected from the wind, had very few people and held a lot of fresh snow.

    Book the place for your trip to Taos - you’ll be happy.

    We enjoyed our stay at Casa Luminosa. The location is handy to Taos & Taos Ski Area, and to the delightful town of Arroyo Seco. The house is open and functional with a great kitchen & patio with hot tub. The caretaker was helpful and attentive to our needs. The living room furnishings need replacement. Note: the house is not air conditioned.

    Great house except for a leaky roof in the master bedroom and old toilet lid hinges that should have been replaced before we got there and broke the first night of our stay. Needs air conditioning in the summer.

    We are an extended family. Grandparents, two families and their children. Casa Luminosa provided space for all of us very comfortably. Everything we needed was there and the location was perfect for skiing and going to Taos.
    Would definitely stay at this home again.

    This was a family ski vacation with 12 people. The house set up was perfect as far as bedrooms go. Everyone had a room, although if you have a lot of single people the futon was a little tight. The house was very clean and well appointed. The grounds were very nice. If we go back to Taos again we will certainly rent this again.

    located in a subdivision just outside Arroyo Secco, Casa Luminoso sits among sparsely treed lots populated by similar large adobe style homes. The openness of the lots allows for beautiful views in all directions, especially to the west where mountains loom.

    Inside, the home is fully furnished and has more than enough amenities for a full house. The hot tub fits 4 comfortably and was well maintained.

    The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in every encounter.

    We have stayed here several times as the house (with the casita included) is large enough for our family gathering. We were very pleased with the management company and caretaker. The location is great as it is halfway between the city of Taos and the Taos ski area.

    We stayed in both the house and the guest house. We had 15 people and were thrilled with the house. We only used the guest house to sleep and to use the oven....otherwise all 15 of us were in the main house. It's a beautiful, well maintained house and has many amenities - great cooking utensils/pans, lots of dishes and glasses,even spices, flour, sugar, etc. Caretaker was great!

    We were a total of 9 people and we enjoyed the property very much. The house was clean, the accomodation were good. We enjoyed the are very much close to town and close to Taos Resort. We would definetly rent this house again.

    Beautiful home that was very well equipped. The landlord was very and answered calls in a timely manner. Hot tub was awesome under the stars.

    Casa Luminosa was the perfect location for our Taos Ski trip. Close to the slopes but outside the Valley, it was much more affordable than a Chalet and was capable of comfort and privacy for 8 of us. George, the caretaker, was very helpful and the property company even helped us get our ski rental organized. It was so relaxing to have beers in the hot tub and watch the sunset.

    We actually ended up staying in the main house rather than at the Casa. The property manager helped negotiate a 2 people price for us in this 5 bedroom house. We are planning a return trip next year.
